The heat retentive coffee mug does not use insulation, it works also with
Stefan-Boltzmann technology, it captures energy very fast and releases
it slowly at a controlled rate. The effect is that when you are drinking your
last sip the temperature is like if you were at the middle of your mug
What is better than a good cup of coffee in the morning?: A coffee served
in a heat retentive coffee mug
.
"The pasta heat retentive plate" would be a plate with a longer delay
action and that reaches lower temperatures than a "high tech steak plate"
(Heat retentive of course)
The "Heat Retentive Tortilla Warmer" is just a disk shaped heat storage
device using the same technology that you place inside a common plastic
tortilla warmer (I have been using one with excellent results for years) and...
The "heat retentive gravy boat" is so obvious that needs no explanation
(Everybody needs one on Thanks Giving).
The "heat retentive coffee mug" does not have insulation, it is a ceramic
-preferably stoneware- mug with a microwaveable heat storage device
integrated in its design (At the bottom). "Zap one minute and pour your
coffee", it will become your favorite coffee mug (and an excellent present or
souvenir).

HotSmart(TM) HEAT RETENTIVE COFFEE MUGS and PLATES MANY PEOPLE ARE MORE EXCITED ABOUT THE MUGS THAN ABOUT THE PLATES "Heat Retentive Coffee Mugs", "Heat Retentive Pasta Plates", "Heat Retentive Gravy Boats, "Heat Retentive Tortilla Warmers", "Heat Retentive... You name it"

A HEAT RETENTIVE COFFEE MUG, KEEPS COFFEE HOT
TO THE LAST SIP WITHOUT OVERHEATING IT:
"zap the mug one minute" and serve your coffee as usual.
It will release heat from the bottom of the mug to compensate
for heat loses.
Same thing as in a heat retentive plate..After solving the
problem for the plate, applying the same technology to a
coffee mug was a lot simpler. An entire line of products can
be created (gravy boats, baby dishes, tortilla warmers, etc.)
I love my prototype coffee mug in the mornings!
(I wouldn't use anything else).
Keeps your coffee hot to the last sip without overheating it (about half hour) with just one minute preheating time

CONVERTING A REGULAR MUG IN HEAT RETENTIVE COFFEE MUG. For the skilled in the art: The heater and disk are sealed in the cavity formed, using high temperature cement like Resbond 989 by Cotronics (www.cotronics.com), or high temperature epoxies. The white disk is not needed, it regulates the flow of heat (the bottom of the mug will be thicker in the production version), but that can also be done by increasing the gap between the heater and the mug
|
JUST "ZAP" ONE MINUTE IN THE MICROWAVE AND SERVE YOUR FRESH COFFEE HOT AS USUAL, IT WILL STAY HOT TO THE LAST SIP (Without overheating) FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
|
Prototype on my desk (It turned out kind of heavy and that type of handle does not work very well, do not forget that these are only working prototypes)
|
The bottom will probably be on a different contrasting color to differenciate from common mugs on the shelf
|
The heater is patent pending too
This is just a hand made crude prototype; practically any mug in the market can be manufactured in "heat retentive mug" version. (the mug is just a normal very nice mug)
|
I owe you the handle (I call this style Hoffman).
